How long after I place my order can I expect to see my items?

Shipping to the United States:

Under normal circumstances, you can usually expect to see your items anywhere from 5-10 business days after a successful order has been placed via the Claudio Milano online shop. In some cases, items will have to be made specifically for the order as we attempt to offer as large a color palette as possible. In these cases, some orders may take 1-3 weeks. If you have any concerns with the timing of your order, you can contact us directly.

Shipping International:

The same applies to international shipping, depending on the location, with the addition of whatever time the items spend in customs/inspections. We ship international often, we’ll have your items to you before you know it.

Can I return something if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?

We accept 14 day returns on unworn or factory damaged merchandise. If you have any issues, just contact us here or give us a call Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 5PM.

Can I customize my order?

We offer made-to-order customization at no extra cost! Simply add the desired item to your cart, continue to checkout, and make note of your custom requests in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. This can be anything from color preference to your custom measurements or alterations.

Why is my order taking so long?

Your items may be on backorder. When an item is sold out in a specific size or color, but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers with the option to backorder the item so we can ship it as soon as it’s back in stock. If your order is on backorder, you should have received an email from us with an estimated shipping time.

How do I know if my customization notes have been accepted?

All orders with custom notes are reviewed by our team. If there is any more information needed from you, we will reach out. Otherwise, you may assume all is well on our end.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can accommodate most changes to your items. Just send us an email to info@claudiomilano with your request, and we will update your order accordingly.

Which size should I order for the best fit?

Please check our size guide for our measurement guide and conversions. Please note, each item is handmade and unique. Measurements are approximate and may vary depending on cut, finish, wash & other variables.
